Abstract

|
The authors report a case of secondary functional encopresis, retentive type which appeared in a 13 year old male. The symptom of encopresis has been improved two weeks later by behavioral therapy, family education, psychotherapy, and administering 25mg of imipramine in single dose. His detailed clinical features, etiologies and treatments are reported here with a brief review of literaures.
